We have uncovered and refined a revolutionary new process: enforcing the individual commercial liability of corporate executives and government representatives who are causing egregious harm.
We are on a mission to make this Liability Action available and easy for everyone. The first focus is solving the smart meter problem.

LANSING, MICH. – Michigan homeowners may be able to reject ‘smart meters’ at no charge under a bipartisan legislation introduced by Rep. Gary Glenn, R-Midland.
The bill will be the subject of a public hearing this Tuesday in the House Energy Policy Committee, which Glenn chairs, and again on March 7.
“Republicans and Democrats alike agree it’s all about individual freedom of choice and homeowners’ private property rights,” Glenn said. Among the 17 co-sponsors are four Democrats, including Rep. Rose Mary Robinson of Detroit.
“Homeowners should have the ultimate authority to decide what technology is installed in their homes – not utilities whose government-protected monopoly prevents homeowners from choosing a competing electricity provider,” Glenn continued._______ Continue reading

This eye-opening documentary feature film investigates the “smart meter” program currently being implemented worldwide by most of the major utility companies. These devices are being installed often without the consent – and sometimes against the protests – of property owners. The film uncovers alarming issues about health, privacy, property rights, corporate fraud, and the unprecedented vulnerability of the “smart grid”. Hear from such experts as Bill Vander Zalm (former Premier of British Columbia, CA), Dr. David Carpenter (Director of the Institute for Health and the Environment at the University at Albany, B. Blake Levitt (an award-winning science journalist), and many others. You will gain a deeper understanding of the political and economic forces behind the “smart meter” agenda, as well as resources and proven solutions for how you can protect yourself, your family, your home, and your rights. Panel discussion to follow the film.
If there was ever any doubt as to whether or not the Smart Grid aspect of UN Agenda 21 is marching forward, recent developments in Boulder, Colorado should dispel such skepticism. Likewise, these developments should also make clear that so-called Smart technology is about much more than simply cost saving. (Click to Enlarge)
The relevant part of this story starts as far back as 2007 when Boulder entered into an agreement with Xcel Energy to Continue reading
In an incredibly ironic piece of news, Telvent, the company behind a control system designed to be used in concert with the so-called “smart grid,” recently announced that their network had been breached by hackers who “accessed project files related to a control system used in portions of the electrical grid,”according to Threat Level.
The smart grid system, which companies like Telvent (which is owned by Schneider Electric) are involved in, is currently being pushed by corporate-sponsored studies as well as major legislative efforts.
In a letter written to their customers, Telvent revealed that they realized their network had been breached on September 10, 2012.
The network wasn’t only breached; the hackers also were able to install malicious software on the company’s network.
According to KrebsOnSecurity, which first reported the breach and Continue reading
DNA-Destroying Chip Being Embedded Into Mobile Phones
Posted on May 9, 2012
According to Dr. Boian Alexandrov at the Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, terahertz (THz) waves destroy human DNA. The waves literally unzip the helix strand. Now a team of technologists at UT Dallas are planning to take chips broadcasting THz waves and embed them into mobile phones for use as an imaging system for consumers, law enforcement and medical personnel… a potentially deadly technology that could eventually kill or sicken millions of people
The controversial THz scanner technology used by the TSA at many of the nation’s airports is being adapted for cell phone use. Studies of terahertz radiation have caused experts to raise alarms over Continue reading
Cyber experts speak out on SMART GRID technology: Massive vulnerability, who’s accountable?

(NaturalNews) The following is a transcript from a selection section of the documentary film “Take Back Your Power” (www.ThePowerFilm.org)
Narrator: Governments and power corporations around the globe, through an incessant drive to ‘modernize the power grid,’ have directly created a situation where our entire civilization’s energy source is now in danger of being taken down. With hundreds of smart grid projects all being installed simultaneously around the world, we’re seeing a globally orchestrated move to quietly merge the entire power grid with the vulnerabilities of the internet. While described by some as insane, it is at the very least Continue reading

This morning we received an open letter from Cindy Sage, Principal of Sage Associates, an environmental consulting firm based in Santa Barbara. What she reports below is very disturbing- that appliances are already being fitted with transmitters to connect to the ‘smart’ grid via the ‘home area network.’
The problem here is that these decisions- to install smart meters, to have your washing machine chatting behind your back with your utility through the “Home Area Network” (HAN)- have all been made behind closed doors- at Continue reading
We can learn from those who have gone before. Hopefully, in Fairfield, we can be better prepared to avert future dangers from the electric and gas industries, if we heed the lessons learned from our “electro-aware” predecessors. RF meters have been installed all over Canada and the US. Similar stories emerge everywhere. The ground swell of public outcry grows stronger day by day.
An EU data watchdog has warned of the “considerable risks” to privacy posed by new energy smart meters.
The European Data Protection Supervisor said safeguards were needed over how firms used the “massive collection” of consumers’ data uploaded by meters. The technology is able to track when consumers are Continue reading
